Bayerische Motoren Werke AG , lyh. BMW on Münchenissä pääkonttoriaan pitävä saksalainen yritys, joka valmistaa henkilöautoja ja moottoripyöriä. Yhtiö valmistaa myös lentokonemoottoreita yhdessä Rolls-Roycen kanssa. BMW on toimittanut moottoreita muun muassa Formula 1 -talli Williamsille, kunnes se osti Sauber-tallin ja ryhtyi kilpailemaan BMW Sauber -nimellä. BMW-konsernin liikevaihto kasvoi 56 miljardiin euroon vuonna 2007. Nykyisellään konserni työllistää maailmanlaajuisesti noin 106 000 työntekijää ja valmistaa vuosittain noin 1,3 miljoonaa autoa ja 100 000 moottoripyörää. BMW AG:n osakkeet noteerataan Frankfurtin pörssin DAX-indeksissä. BMW-konsernin tuotemerkkeihin kuuluvat muun muassa autovalmistajat BMW, alun perin brittiläiset Mini ja Rolls-Royce sekä moottoripyörävalmistajat BMW Motorrad ja ruotsalainen Husqvarna.
